Farrell Sculpture Studio uses an undercover outdoor space for sculpting stone workshops.

• Tea and coffee are supplied

• For full day workshops, you may prefer to bring your own lunch or there are great local cafes nearby. There is a fridge available.

Farrell Sculpture Studio is not an allergen-free environment and while we will make every effort, we cannot accommodate dietary requirements in all cases.

• Please note that sculpting stone is quite physical (handling the stone and using tools like chisels and rasps to carve it), so the workshop may not be suitable if you have dexterity issues.

• Normally you will be standing at a workbench for most of the workshop to carve the stone. It is possible to sculpt from a seated position but this may limit your access to the work. If you have any concerns or questions, don’t hesitate to contact me. As limestone is quite coarse, it is difficult to carve very detailed features.

Farrell Sculpture Studio is not an allergen-free environment and while we will make every effort, we cannot accommodate dietary requirements in all cases.

Farrell Sculpture Studio will be offering stone sculpting workshops in future with finer, harder to work stone that provides for more detailed finishes.
